This song has been written by Sue Bleazard for children to sing as part of the celebrations for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. The accompanying video features images of the winning entries of the Guardian’s art competition to celebrate the Queen’s 85th birthday. The track is available for free on YouTube, alongside a lyric sheet.
The Windsor Platinum Jubilee Schools’ song
Composed by Emily Barden in collaboration with a group of Windsor-based students at Windsor Castle, this Platinum Jubilee Song was designed to be performed by students in a project spearheaded by director of music and MT contributor James Manwaring.
